Changing how you live. to alter your life..

Since deciding i need to over haul my life i have made a list of areas that need working on that will hopefully start to affect my overall quality of life once it has been kept up for a while... one of the most important parts i thought was organisation. to help with this area i have had a clear out of my life so to speak. thrown away everything i dont need anymore, near enough sorted my living space and organised paper work that would ordinarily go ignored. second was excercise and diet. for this i have started swimming, cycling, walking to places instead of phoning a taxi all the time and i am now eating less. and when i do eat, its usually a healthy balanced meal. (apart from last night when i immenseley enjoyed a chinese take out with one of my best friends) third was social habits. i am now working on being more open and adressing how i feel rather than ignoring it. i am going to organise seeing a counsellor soon and any other alternative therapies that may be of benefit. opening up to a trusted friend and on days where i could easily stay in. make myself go out and spend time with friends and family + learn to enjoy my free time.. so far so good! hope these ideas can help you guys to!
