Accept Being an Introvert for Peace of Mind

October 23, 2019 TJ DeSalvo

I've said that being an introvert is beneficial for the management of my anxiety, and it could be beneficial if others adopted introverted traits for the management of their anxiety ("Being an Introvert with Anxiety Is Easier than Being an Extrovert"). In that prior post, I fear I may have made the adoption of introverted traits an easier thing that it really is.

I’m of the opinion that introverts (and introverted traits) are more looked down upon than those of extroversion. To make things easier, it is necessary for introverts to be seen in a more positive light, and for that to happen, introverts themselves need to be more comfortable in their own skin. This video is part of my attempt.
