When you're anxious, don't give up on feeling better. It can feel like you never will, but you will. Get some encouragement at HealthyPlace.

When you’re anxious, don't give up. Sometimes you just feel bad – oftentimes you don’t even know why you feel as bad as you do ("What Is Anxiety? Anxiety Definition"). Those can often be the worst days because if you don’t know where the bad feeling is coming from, it can seem impossible to control.

Don't Give Up When You're Anxious

On days like that, it can be hard not to give in to the negativity. But in the midst of everything, what is most important, regardless of how empty it sounds, is to not give up.
