My first time finding this site & blog, I have PTSD & think it looks like a cornucopia of resources, so i joined the site, but when it logged me back on, I noticed there is no separate TAB listing for PTSD, how can I just follow Michelle's blog from here? Glad you agree, David! That was a lesson I learned the hard way (a lot of splat!!) and I see repeated over and over in the survivors with whom I work. The post-trauma habit can be, "I need to move fast to get away from my feelings and to keep up with any future dangers." Ironically that becomes the source of a lot of problems both in life and recovery.
