Footprints in the snow.. - keeping going.

It only seems fair that if i am going to share the bad times then the good times should be shared in equal measure.. last night is the lowest i have felt in a long long time. cried for about 4 hours solid. and not that am saying its right. (far from it) but also knocked back to many baileys in not much time... but today.. despite wanting nothing more than to curl up under the covers and pretend the world didnt exist. i got up. got a train out of my town and went for an assessment day for a new job, (step one in path of rightness for me) find a job that i am happy and confident in. (i.e) not the current one! it started at 9am. and between then and 4 i had stressful moments.. (presented to 16) for 2 mins.. (not long but still) after 15 mins of prep time. did 2 group tasks. including making a song and dance and performing to the other half of the group. (singing + dancing in public = my vice.. unless intoxicated on a night out!)and had a 50 minute of what i would say intense interview time! however i did make a couple of new friends that i am confident will stay friends.. was a fair confidence boost as although 14 started out.. 8 got sent home at the mid way point.. (we got told that would happen) and thankfully i wasnt one of them! will find out in 5 days if i have the chance to make the biggest change in my life happen. go away for 6 months working abroad. new place, new people, new job, new start..? we shall see...
