A Poet's Heart Never Sleeps

Well, I'm not quite sure what's going on with all this, but I tried signing in to Realmentalhealth, and got this. Sooo, I guess now I have to start over. I reckon that's what I get for staying away so long. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar, Panic Disorder, PTSD, and Impulse Control Disorder. The diagnosis was made in 2001, but it has been a bumpy ride ever since. In and out of treatment, on and off meds...the list goes on. I have recently started treatment again and am doing so-so at the moment. Tegritol and Remeron are my current meds, but am going to request a med to replace the Tegritol. I have list of coping skills, but that only works so much...however, when they do work, I am all about throwing myself into writing. That is my best coping skill as well as my passion.
