Reading: An Outlet for My Bipolar Emotions
Reading has been helpful in dealing with my bipolar 2 disorder and ADHD. Bipolar disorder comes along with extreme emotions and a vivid imagination, all of which can be overwhelming at times. I needed an outlet for those feelings and I found reading provided that. I talk more about that in the video.
