Just because we are adults does not mean that we are not being bullied. Bullying is not limited to schools or for the younger crowd .It is important that everybody is aware that bulling is not limited to age. Don't let bullying destroy you're life. Speak up. If bullying is happening in you're work place there are appropriate chain of commands to follow but all start with Human Resources.
