Binge eating disorder is characterized by compulsively eating large amounts of food in a short period of time; this is known as bingeing. Someone with binge eating disorder binges frequently and continues to do so for months.

  • Do you feel powerless to stop eating, even though you want to?
  • Do you feel numb when overeating, like you're not really there?
  • Do you always feel dissatisfied no matter how much you eat?
  • Do you overeat at least once a week?
  • Are you overweight or obese?

Have you answered "yes" to any of the above binge eating quiz questions? If so, watch your eating over the next few months and consider consulting with a doctor or therapist.
