Hi Becky - where would you suggest that one begin to understand and practice schema therapy? any suggestions? thanks for all your efforts!

The only place I know that practices schema therapy is in Indiana. It's more well-researched and more popular in Europe because of the politics in medicine here.

Hi Becky, thanks for explaining it for me. its been really difficult to get a handle on all these 'modes'. But slowly i am identifying some in myself and it makes sense. I really enjoy your blogs. :@)
