Making the same mistakes again and again!

I over ate again last night. I seem to do it on a daily basis. Why?
He just made me feel bad.. He isnt mean, but he becomes critical, once a week, a sunday its his turn in the kitchen. I cook and clean everyday, several times a day. His comment. The kitchen is so messy when was the last time you cleaned it?
The truth its messy because I didnt clean up after dinner last night as I was going to do it today, but he said he would do it. I think he thinks he is some kind of superman right now. He is attempting a deep clean which I do once a week, so by sunday it really needs it. It good im writing this, its stopping me from getting really hurt by his comments, he just showed me a cloth with dirt on it and said. " Cor look at this baby". sigh..
