pointless day

I try to make my husband understand by talking with him but I can't how can I , he just keeps telling me " maybe if you get more sleep or it's cause "your on it"! ha ! or "just snap out of it " he try"s but he just does not understand that I can't get rid of this blackness in my chest . pointless day!
