Can I be a Support Group Leader?

Maybe. You must be over 21, have good general knowledge of the subject, leadership skills (it doesn't hurt that you have either participated regularly and/or been a support group leader online or in real life before), excellent chat skills, and the ability and willingness to make a 1 hour weekly commitment for at least 8 weeks.
