I've been having my ups and downs over the
past few weeks but the one thing that totally messes me up is
not knowing exactly who I am, what I want to do with my life,
smoking pot, smoking ciggies, going to see my case manager from
psych services, and basically not knowing whether I'm coming or
going. I thought I was getting better - well at least my OCD has
improved and the intrusive and racing thoughts don't bother me
anymore - but this schizoaffective disorder is making my life
