Everytime I am alone, and not busy, I start to think about the past; mainly things I have done wrong, mistakes I have made and it's just so much I want to scream.

I can't sleep a lot, and my sleep pattern is messed up which stresses me out even more. It's an endless cycle and I don't know how to stop it.
