I could use some help or advice on the use of the mood journal, please.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but when I try to make an entry, I get the response, "entry failed." I have tried changing my answers to see if anything different with get it to go through, and no dice. What causes an entry to fail? What am I doing wrong?
