Adult Circumcision

Hi there. I am an adult male and i require a circumcision. I have found two clinics from which to choose. One performs the circumcision by 'forceps guided' and one by 'sleeve resection'. Could you tell me the various advantages of these, and why the two clinics use a different method. I don;t know which is the best way to go for.
