I may try this. Though since I don't cut, I bite I don't know if it will work as well but seeing as butterflies are my favourite insect it may help even more having a butterfly on my wrist named after my gf to keep me from biting even when my gf is why my stress levels reach critical levels.

My problem is I bite my right hand but that's the hand I draw with so I need my gf to draw it on my wrist for me otherwise it will be a random blob.

I might get one of my roommates to draw one until I next see my gf or teach my left hand to draw as well as my right. Which ever comes first ><

Maybe get a permanent sharpee pen.. I find even the non permanent ones stay on my skin for days><
