Any one on here from Oregon who can recomend a great psychiatrist??

I was in the process of appling for disability for increasing problems with Bipolar 1 Panic disorder and agraphobia, severe and chronic and PTSD and ADHD. In the process my psychiatrist was relieved of his position. I don't yet know why. I am in need of ideas on a new Doc and or attorney. Any one have any experience with getting disability for mental disorders?? Thanks!!
