Hi Everyone

Hi my name is Nikki and I am new to this forum. I have a dual diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder. I am 29 years old and the mother of two beautiful little boys. My husband is in the army and is currently stationed overseas while we are staying at home. Currently I am having some difficulties with my moods and meds and don't go to the doctor until next month so I am a little on edge and looking for support. I am a yoga enthusiast and very into writing so that helps sometimes when the stress is too much. Thanks and I hope to get to know some of you soon!

Hi and welcome! It must be so hard to have a dual diagnosis. I have complex ptsd and lots of anxiety issues. I like yoga a lot, although I don't have a lot of time to practice it. Writing also helps a lot. I'm sorry to hear about your meds problems, hope that can be fixed soon.

Hi, I'm pretty new here too and have bi-polar disorder with anxiety issues too. I like being able to find a place to blog and forum with others who know what this is about and what we are going through each new day. Keep up the blogging and hope you can get your meds right. It too 3 years to get mine right and now I'm a lot easier to be around. I don't care to be around other people that much but love to crochet and spend time reading or watching movies. Take care and keep visitiing here.
