Yes absolutely, I think it is very common. I used to be this way. I am in therapy which is one of the only ways that OCD can be dealt with. There are some medications that can help too but it is really the therapy that helps.

There are a lot of drugs that I am on for my bipolar and complex-ptsd that help calm the ocd and I really think the Abilify was one of the ones that really helped. Keeping me from being manic at all has also helped.
