I have got to stop taking these photos when I am sleepy. I look goofy and this time I am not even straight but slightly crooked. Oh, well.

Trucking along, buckling down. Another gain, and I put my foot down. That's enough holiday creep right there!

I've started tracking my exercise again and I've reinstalled DietWatch to help me stay sane over the holidays. Also helping to guide an informal workshop this month.
