Obstacles?

Thunder, lightening, rain and a blister. So no walking, but yoga and weights at home instead. I desparately hope all the rain makes is cooler for next week!

Nose is clogged up.

Struggling big time with sodium. If Karen wants me to eat more protein, and it has to be vegetarian sources, the densest protein products are going to be things like Boca Burgers, Smart Deli cuts, Yves, etc. Meaning processed to the hilt and oodles of sodium -- more than double the usual guidelines. Blah.

So I'm not drinking enough water. Blah again.

I've forgotten to take a multivitamin all week.

I'm broke now that I've paid all the bills.

Adrith notifies me that the June issue of walking magazine, which reprinted the marathon training schedule we are following, is different! Apparantly active.com screwed up when they typed it up for their website, so now we have to switch to the magazine version pronto. While I am glad we caught that in early on in week 6, it's still one more thing on top of everything else.

I feel like screaming. I pick it back up at week seven in pink below. However I have graduation on Thursday for my nephew, and I have a birthday party on Saturday for my niece, so I will be shifting them all up a day to be MWF instead.
