I am sorting through family photos and trying
to get them organized. Here's us as babies. Paul's only 10 months
older than me, so these two are taken around the same time.
Obviously he's the blond and I'm the brunette.
I sent a copy to my mom
after I retouched mine (color photos are fading to that annoying
magenta) and my mom wrote me e-mail about it.

Yes, of course I remember the picture. The little outfit has another
dress of same color and design. They were gifts sent by Jones (your
father's brother Roy's wife in Chicago). I think you used to have
another pair of those socks and they were green. Those little
zapatilla were less that two bucks, if I remember right. You still
have that doll?

Of course I still have
that navy blue Holly Hobbie doll. I also have the big green one, but
I think the little turquoise one finally bit it. They are all bald
now, but still around. I no longer have that clown weeble wobble
toy. I hated clowns, and I still hate clowns. They freak me out!
It's interesting what
Mom remembers. She remembers how much things cost and where they
came from. She was an accountant for years. I remember what color
things were. I'm the graphic designer. Isn't' that weird?
Do kid sneakers (zapatillas)
still cost less than two dollars?
