My Status in Mid-2001

4/13/01: The last year has been ... well, rocky. On the "up" side, I finally got a promotion at work. On the "down" side, I was hospitalized a few months ago. I've started going to weekly group therapy, and I also go weekly to a support group, which is affiliated with the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance. I highly recommend depression support groups, both to depression patients, and friends and family! Look for one near you! You can try to locate one at the DBSA Web Site, or check out your local newspaper's community activities section.
