That's when I get comfort from reading my books.

I look at this part of my site as a reflecting pool. Read some of the poetry and see if you don't see a part of yourself in it. Then drop by and ponder the quotes. I'm hoping they'll be a source of inspiration for you, as they are for me. And lastly, I've found, at times, that no matter how bad things are, whether I'm manic or very depressed, it helps if you can find something to laugh about. So, I've included some psych jokes for your enjoyment. <smile>
