I've been getting a lot of mail from people, so I spend a lot of time answering it. Which I like doing, by the way. So please e-mail me with your comments.

I usually answer mail in 2-3 days. If you have not gotten a response, it does not mean I have forgotten you. Try sending another note - that tends to get an immediate response. If you get no response to that, it means I'm depressed. You may have to wait a bit for me to respond. But I always respond to my e-mail. You are all important.

In response to your feedback, I've decided to commit a mimimum of two hours per day on the site. Thank you all for your support, it's what keeps me going.
