Now Listen, Music a Medicine for Malady
Listening to 30 minutes of music each day may help lower blood
pressure. A study of 48 adults aged 45 to 70 taking medication for
mild hypertension found that those who listened to classical, Celtic
or Indian music for 30 minutes a day for one month had significant
reductions in blood pressure, Reuters reports.
