My list of links is organized into six sections:
You will find much of value, and most items are briefly annotated. However, remember that information on the web varies widely in quality--don't believe anything uncritically.
There are people of ill intent on the internet and some of them look for survivors of sexual abuse. Probably a more significant problem, however, is that with all the best intentions, we trigger each other. Be careful of becoming too involved in a public internet community and depending on it too much; almost all communities have periodic upsets. When people do get upset at each other, try to look at what is triggered in you, before you leap in.
Probably the single easiest and most effective thing you can do to protect yourself when using the internet is to not use your primary e-mail account to correspond with people you don't know. You can get information on getting another email account at Guide to Free E-mail. For more information on protecting your anonymity see: Privacy on the Web.
