Americans with Disabilities Act Document Center --text of the law and other resources
Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law --this looks like it has lots of information not just on fighting discrimination but also on getting therapy paid for (eg. if you want to challenge your insurance company).
The Invisible Disabilities Page --includes depression, etc.
National Association of Protection and Advocacy Systems --your state member of this association may be a good source of free legal help.
The National Information Center for Children and Youth with Disabilities --has an excellent state by state listing of offices to contact.
National Association for Rights Protection and Advocacy --NARPA is people working to protect the rights and enhance the dignity of people with mental health disabilities and people in recovery.
