spirit Paul Shares With UsGreetings; I really enjoy your web-site! Let me introduce myself... My name is Paul and I'm a attending college at Southeastern, a school of the Assemblies of God, in Florida. My major is psych. and I'm doing a research paper on ADD and hyperactivity, my theme is from child hood to adult, Do we really grow out of the disorder? I want to show the different stages of ADD as a child, adolescent and adult. As I was browsing the Web I came across your sight and I'm finding it very helpful. I'm a ADDer. I've ignored this disorder since I was young. It is hard to do this but with constantly telling myself I'm NORMAL and living with failure but not really excepting it is the way I would cope. My life was filled with many heart aches and anger, I was my worst enemy. I saw your page on Add and religion. I found this most interesting. I think that is where the answer lies. There are so many truths in the Bible that We, as ADDers, need to apply to our daily lives. We need to be constantly reminded that All things are possible Through JESUS. We need someone to VENT to when no one else understands us. He knows me better then I know myself, He is there all the time and he understands no matter what the situation is. I thank Jesus for this web site and I pray God blesses it. I have used some of the material off of this sight for my project but authorship WILL be respected as with any other source I may use. I have not only a story for you but also a testimony on living with ADD. My time is short but I wont forget this sight, Sincerely, Pjpreiss@secollege.edu home |
