Sex Issues Community Rules
This section contains rules that all members
must observe. Failure to do so may result in your loss of access to the Sex
Issues Community without warning.
- Personal attacks, foul language, or abusive
behavior, as judged by the Community Manager or staff, will not be tolerated.
The Community Manager has the right to refuse access to members that disrupt
the Community, and will do so.
- Do not post personal information (addresses,
phone numbers, etc.) in the forum. The Community Manager will remove messages
with personal information, for your protection.
- Review copyright information prior to posting
any materials which are not original (created by you). Material judged to be
potentially infringing may be removed by the Community Manager or staff, or you
may be asked for proof of the ability to distribute the material (written
consent from the copyright holder). YOU are responsible for ensuring that
materials you upload are not infringing.
- Messages that might put the Sex Issues
Community staff or HealthyPlace.com or HealthyPlace, Inc. at legal risk
regarding libel, slander, or other legal issues should not be posted. If found,
the message will be removed and appropriate action taken against the person who
posted the message. This includes "chain" letters, pyramid schemes,
multi-level marketing, and other such activities.
- Messages and files may not be quoted or
uploaded by anyone other than the copyright holder elsewhere on
HealthyPlace.com or on other services or newsgroups without the permissions of
the original message poster and the Community Manager of the Sex Issues
Community.
- Messages sent to you via electronic mail are
private, and should not be quoted without the sender's permission.
- Advertising is not allowed in the Sex Issues
Community.
- Messages cross posted to more than one
newsgroup will be deleted.
We want to work with you to make the Sex
Issues Community a valuable resource and a safe and supportive space. Your
assistance, participation, and comments are welcome at all times. Our
Guidelines page may clarify the reasons behind
some of our rules, as well as explain how the community works. If you have any
questions about the rules, please send email to
Sue Moran, Sex Issues Community
Manager.
