Trying to maintain, learning to run.

The personal goal to beat?

  • I can jog one lap (0.25) at 6 MPH before I have to walk a bit to catch my breath and then do another jog lap.

THE CHARTS

Got two charts.

The 12 Week Program thingie I lifted from CyberDiet's Health Club. There are many other ways to start jogging, but this one seems to suit my head as well as my feet. The green bar is where I am right now, but I don't move it just because a new week started. I keep it where it is until I've mastered that "level."
