NOTE: I am using a $50 lithium battery
powered digital scale with an accuracy of +/- 0.5 pounds. The
measurements are all taken with your standard seamstress tape measure with
an error margin of +/- 0.25 inches. I figure my BMI with an on-line
calculator from VegSource.
Check-In Notes
- 1-4-99 -- Got set back by
holiday stuff in my updates. Measures stayed about the same but
I tacked on 5.5 lbs! So where is it hiding? Was it
muscle? What is going on? I expected to gain over Xmas and
figured a 5 lb gain would be reasonable since I gained the same over
my honeymoon in summer.
- 2-12-99 -- Trying my best to
straighten stuff up around the website. Spent January sick so
there wasn't much change. Forgot to update till now.
- 3-1-99 -- Pleased about the inch
lost in my butt, but I am not surprised -- all those lunges and squats
were doing something! I am surprised at slight changes other
places since it's only been 2 weeks since the last check in.
