I think about all the things I have lost or destroyed on account of my mania. I'm not completely sure what possessed me to destroy or give away so many of my things. As more of my soul was taken away, the less material things seemed to matter. Anyways, I was Janis Joplin and who wouldn't give an arm and a leg for something I owned?
