Power over PanicPower over Panic
Freedom from Panic Anxiety Related Disorders
By Bronwyn Fox
with a forward by famous Australian actor
Garry McDonald
(who experienced a Panic Disorder for 24 years).
Book published by Longman

When Garry McDonald read Bronwyn Fox's previous book, Anxiety Attack, Don't Panic, he said "..skyrockets of self-recognition went off. I felt an immense sense of relief and joy. For 24 years, no-one in the medical profession - not GPs, my psychiatrist or psychologists - has actually explained what was wrong with me. It was all there in this book. I wasn't mad, wasn't imagining it, wasn't alone. I wasn't a drama queen. And my Disorder was treatable without medication ... Bronwyn Fox knows what she is talking about. This (Power over Panic) is a great book that I heartily recommend to people with Anxiety Disorders, their loved ones and those in the caring professions..." Garry has now recovered.
