The Struggle

The struggle, ongoing never ceasing
seems never stress will be releasing
All the tension we've been feeling
from our goals, we're always seeking

Move each morn as best we can
struggling so to work our plan
Pursue our goals so very grand
and settle for the best we can
Still every day we do our best
to live up to our God's new test

Each one seems harder than the last
will our trials ever come to pass.
Do we expect to do our best
by passing yet another test

I guess if feels the same as school
we fail a test feel like a fool.

If from our tests we never rest
and struggle on to do our best
Work on at such a crazy pace
please take a break from all this haste.

Lets take a walk beside a pool
lets smile and giggle like a fool
Its not a fool who can enjoy
the beauty of life's many jewels

And work is not the big deal
and relaxation something we must steal
For if we never stop to rest just always strive to do our best
there is no doubt we'll fail life's test

For the real test I now believe
is quality that we achieve
Based on the good we do and share
with other humans everywhere.
