 Dr.
Charles Gant, of Syracuse, New York, received his M.D. degree from
the University of Virginia and his Ph.D. in psychology from Columbia
Pacific University. His postgraduate residencies were in family
practice and psychiatry. He served as medical director of the Tully
Hill Hospital, an in-patient drug and alcohol rehabilitation
facility near Syracuse, for 5 years.
